T&C, legal notice and return policy

 

1. Placing orders.

All orders must be placed on the day before delivery through the website and paid by credit/debit card. The client must state clearly the delivery address and mobile phone number. Delivery address cannot be updated once the product is shipped. 

 

2. Cancellation of order.

All cancellations must be done on the phone on 0207 936 4108 at least 24h before preparation of the galette. There is a £5 admin fee, the remaining amount will be refunded to the same credit/debit card.   

 

3. Return policy.

For delivery of galette des rois, there is no possibility of returning the product.  

 

4. Prices

All our menu prices includes VAT. VAT is being charged in line with current regulations. Our prices are subject to change. Our latest prices are featured on our website.

 

5. Payment terms

Payments must be processed by credit or debit card via the website (AMEX is also accepted). 

 

6. Delivery service/Collection

The delivery will take place as soon as possible via UPS. Our central kitchen is open from 7am to 3pm on Monday to Friday for collections.
